Kairos is a Prison Ministry that is held at lots of prisons in the United States and in the world.  Kairos is a four-day weekend that lets the Participants know that they are loved by God who sent His Son to save them too.  The word Kairos is Greek meaning God's time.

Lisa and her husband, Ed, serve at the Briscoe Unit in Dilley, TX.  You can serve on the team, or pray, or pay $5 for a single meal on the weekend. You can also apply to attend the closing ceremony of a Weekend.  Finding out that people they don't even know care enough to do any of these, helps the men realize how great God's love is for them.
